When submitting your support request to the team, we ask that you include as much information as you can so the team can help you as efficiently as possible. Below we’ve outlined the type of information needed in order to help with common queries.
Help With A Moz Charge
If you’re seeing a charge from Moz that you need assistance with, the Moz Help Team will need as much of the following information as possible in order to assist:
- The full name on the credit card charged
- The last 4 digits of the credit card charged
- The date of the charge
- The amount of the charge
If there is any other information needed in order to assist, the Help Team will reach out via email. Please keep an eye out for communications from the team.
Please note: Moz does not offer refunds of any kind per our Terms of Use. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period which means you will retain access for the length of the paid subscription.

If there is any other information needed in order to assist, the Help Team will reach out via email. Please keep an eye out for communications from the team.
