On this page you will learn how to activate your new Moz Community account.

Activate Your Moz Account

When you first sign up for a Moz account you'll need to verify your email address. This is to confirm that you've entered the correct email address and have access to the account to receive necessary communication from us.

If you don't receive your activation email please try these steps:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder for emails from noreply@moz.com
  2. Check with your IT department to see if they can whitelist emails from noreply@moz.com
  3. Make sure you're logging in with the correct email address
  4. Try logging directly into your web-base email if you're using an email client
  5. Request a new activation email if it's been longer than 10 minutes
  6. If you're still having issues, contact us. When contacting the Help Team, it is helpful if you're able to include the Display name you chose during sign up as well as the email used.
If you haven't received an activation email, you can request a new one be sent to your email.
Within the email there will be a green "Activate Your Account" button.
