  • Each shared user on your account will see only the exports they generated.
  • You can archive reports you no longer wish to show up in your Messages tab. They will be moved to the Archived tab where they will retain reports indefinitely or for as long as that data is still available. We recommend downloading your exports and saving them locally for safe keeping.
  • No, deleting reports in the notification center is not currently supported.

Access Your Moz Pro CSV and PDF Exports

Looking for a CSV or PDF that you have exported from your Moz Pro Campaign or the Moz Research tools? Head up to the Notifications flag on the top right of your Moz Pro navigation.

Here are the steps to exporting a CSV or PDF:

  1. Click on Export PDF or Export CSV in Moz Pro
  2. After you click the export button you’ll see the message Your CSV/PDF will appear in the Notification Center.
  3. The Notifications flag will display a red dot and numeral notification when reports are ready
Exported reports can be found by clicking the notifications flag on the top right.

Archiving Export Notifications

Click on the Notifications flag to view all your exported files. To clear the red numerical notification select your Messages and click Mark as read or Archive. You can then view your archived notifications in the Archived tab.

After selecting the notifications using the boxes on the left you can mark them as read or archive them.
The archived tab shows you all your old messages.

Please note: Deletion of archived reports is not currently supported.
