Delete Your Information From Moz
We can fully delete your account and information from our system upon your request. Full deletion usually takes up to 30 days and when complete you'll no longer be able to access the Moz free tools or comment on the Moz Blog.
If you would like to retain your Moz Community account, we can remove your card details without removing your account completely. Steps for both processes are available below.
Remove Your Card Details
To remove your card details from Moz please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
Before we can delete your details you'll need to cancel any active subscriptions from the subscription page in your account. We have guides available on how to cancel your Moz Pro and Moz Local subscriptions.
Step 2: Contact the Help Team
Please email help@moz.com from your account email with your request to remove your card details.
Please note: We require you to email us from your account email address so we can verify ownership in order to process this request.
Fully Delete Your Account
Please follow the steps below to delete your account and remove all your details from Moz:
Step 1: Cancel Your Subscription
