So you see, we have global online coverage to get your queries answered quick smart!

How Do I Find Out if Moz Tools Fit My Needs?
The best way to find out if the Moz Pro tools suit your business needs is to sign up for a Moz Pro free trial. You can cancel at any point within the free trial if you don't want to be charged. Once you sign up, you can start learning how to use the Moz tools with a webinar intro to Moz Pro, and our Moz Academy course on How to Use Moz Pro.
If you want to know more about Moz Local, the best place to start your journey is with our Check Presence tool. We also have a Check Presence tool guide to help get you started with the tool. You will need to have a physical business in the US, UK, or Canada to use this tool. If you are located in another country, or if you operate online, then the Moz Pro free trial is your best starting point.

Can You Help Me Fix My Site?
The Moz tools are meant to provide the data and insights needed to implement your own SEO strategies and updates. That being said, we will not be able to perform the actual work that is recommended within the tools. Our tools are self-serve, which means you or your web developer will need to implement any changes on your site.
Since our Helpsters are not web developers, they will be unable to advise you on how and when to fix particular issues on your site. Additionally, they won’t be able to make the changes for you or do an audit of your site. If you’re looking for specific web development advice, we recommend reaching out in the Moz Q&A Forum.
What if I Need SEO Advice?
Since our Helpsters are not SEO consultants, they are unable to offer SEO advice about what would best help your business or answer questions regarding specific issues on your site. If you’re looking for specific SEO advice, we recommend reaching out in the Moz Q&A Forum.
