Sort & Filter Your Site Crawl Data
Filtering All Crawled Pages
When it comes to tackling your site crawl, you may find it's easier to sort and filter the results in an effort to focus on particular issues or sections of your site.
You'll see various filter options on the under the overview graphs including URL, Status Code, and Issues (where you can choose to see only pages which have or don’t have issues associated with them). When filtering by URL, you have the ability to search by partial or complete URL.
You can also combine those filters to find pages within a folder or subsection of your site that have issues.
Filtering Within Issue Categories
Within an Issue Category you can only sort by a URL or partial URL match. This option is available throughout all the subsections of your Site Crawl.
In this example we'll hunt down pages on our blog with 4xx Errors.
First off, head to Critical Crawler Issues and click on 4xx Errors.
Then scroll down to the search bar labeled Filter by URL text under the overview graphs. Here you can either enter a whole URL, or partial URL to find issues on certain sections of your site.
Export Filtered Results
Once you're done filtering you can then export the filtered results to CSV. Your report will generate and appear in the Export Notification Center when it's ready to download.
