Manage Your Campaigns Overview
From the Manage Campaigns Dashboard you can check your Campaign allowances, see an overview of your Campaign metrics, and choose to receive email notifications for each Campaign.
From here you will see an overview of your active Campaigns with metrics noted from your last weekly Campaign updates. You can hop into a Campaign by clicking on the Campaign name.
You can click the headers of each column to sort your Active Campaigns or use the search box on the top right to search for a Campaign name or URL. This search box accepts full or partial name searches.
If you’d like to create a new Campaign, you can click +New Campaign on the top right or at the bottom of the page.
Active Campaigns View
When you first head to the Manage Your Campaigns page, the default view is to show you all your Active Campaigns.
For each Active Campaign, the following information will be displayed.
A. Campaign Name and URL - The name of the Campaign and the URL which is being tracked. If the Campaign is set to track a subfolder or subdomain, the specific subfolder or subdomain will be noted below the name of the Campaign.
B. Domain Authority - Domain Authority is a Moz proprietary metric ranging from 1-100 which helps to predict how likely a site is to rank. Learn more about Domain Authority and how to use it in the Moz SEO Learning Center.
C. Search Visibility - Search Visibility is the percentage of clicks we estimate you receive based on the organic ranking positions for your tracked keywords. Below the percentage we will indicate how this number has changed since the last weekly Campaign update. Learn more about Search Visibility in our dedicated Help Hub guide.
D. Keywords Ranking #1-10 - This indicates how many of your total tracked keywords are ranking in the top ten positions in the SERP. Below the count we will indicate how this number has changed since the last weekly Campaign update.
E. Total Crawl Issues - The total number of crawl issues identified in the latest Site Crawl for this Campaign. The orange tag below this number indicates how many of the Total Issues were new with this crawl. If no orange tag is noted, no new crawl issues were discovered.
F. Insights - If new Campaign Insights are available for your Campaign, the count will be noted here as a green tag. Click the tag to head to the Insights section of your Campaign.
G. Last Update - The date of this Campaign’s last weekly update. If you have manually launched a recrawl between weekly updates, this date will not reflect that information.
H. Following - If you are Following this Campaign, you will receive email updates for this Campaign. If you do not want to receive those updates, uncheck the box provided to Unfollow this Campaign.
Delete, Archive, or Manage Campaign Settings
If you ever need to remove a Campaign from your account, you can do so via the gear icon on the right hand side of your Manage Your Campaigns table.
Please note: If you are not seeing the option to delete a Campaign this indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions to perform this action. Only the owner of a subscription can fully delete a Campaign. Seated users on a subscription may archive a Campaign but not delete it. Learn more about shared user permissions.
In addition to archiving and deleting your Campaigns, you can also head straight to your Campaign Settings from this menu.
Allowances
Your Campaign allowances are listed at the top of the page and are based on your subscription level. You can see how many Campaigns, Keywords, and the Crawl allowance you have remaining.
As you get closer to your limits you'll see the allowance noted turn orange and then red to indicate that you've maxed out your allowance. In this case you may need to either archive a Campaign or upgrade your plan through your Account Subscription Settings.
From the gear icon on the right you can jump to your Campaign Settings. You can also select Archive Campaign or Delete Campaign.
Your crawled pages allowance is indicative of the total number of pages you’re able to have crawled across your Campaigns for your subscription level.
For example, with the Medium level base plan your pages crawled limit is 500,000 pages per week. If you have 10 Campaigns set up with a limit of 50,000 pages per week, your total would be up to 500,000 pages crawled per week. This does not necessarily mean that we will crawl that number of pages- just that we will attempt to crawl up to that many (or however many pages we're able to crawl on that site- whichever is lower). This means that if your site only has 2,000 pages, we will crawl 2,000 pages each week even though your Campaign is set to crawl up to 50,000.
If you would like to adjust your crawl allowance for a specific Campaign, you can do so via your Campaign settings.
Archived Campaigns View
If you have archived Campaigns within your account, you can view and reactivate them via the Archived Campaigns view in your Manage Your Campaigns screen.
For each archived Campaign we will show you the name of the Campaign, the URL you were tracking, the date the Campaign was originally created, and the date it was archived.
You have the option to Reactivate a Campaign you previously Archived or you can delete a Campaign using the trash can icon.
Draft Campaigns View
If you started the Campaign creation process but weren’t able to finish, this will be added to your Draft Campaigns. By selecting the Draft Campaigns option from the drop-down on the top left, you can see a list of all the Campaigns still in draft status. Click Resume to pick up where you left off or click the trash icon to fully remove this draft from your account.
Please note: If you do not have any draft Campaigns, this option will not be available in the drop-down for selection.
Why do I see an error when trying to create or reactivate a Campaign?
If you are receiving an error message related to your account allowances when trying to create a new Campaign or reactivate an archived Campaign, you may be close to, or at, your account limits (or Allowances) for keywords tracked, pages tracked, or Campaigns.
You can verify your allowances at the top of the Manage Your Campaigns screen.
To resolve the issue, you can do any of the following:
Adjust your Campaign settings for an existing Campaign to make room in your account limits (For example, adjust your pages crawled or remove tracked keywords)
Archive an existing Campaign to free up space in your limits
