  • Hi, My card was just charged today because my trial membership expired. I really haven't been using any of the trial features and unfortunately I completely forgot to cancel the membership! Could anyone help me with this? I was looking for a phone number or contact information but I couldn't find anything. Thanks! UPDATE: Just found the contact forum!!!

  • I was trying to create some campaigns, and I ran into an issue where, in the creation page, the browser stopped responding and I had to close and re-open. When I reopened, it was counting my campaigns like the one I was working on had been created, but it's not in my campaign list at all, meaning I can't see it to delete it. I only have 25 campaign slots, and I really need to free up that slot that's currently glitched. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

  • Our team is growing and we are running into each others' research on the tool!  Will our users ever be able to use their own instance of Moz?   • On the insights portion of one of my campaigns, I continually see this message: " You will see rankings for the 100 keywords we found for you very soon. In the meantime, add more keywords for [XXXXX].It has said "very soon" for quite some time. How do I get this section to work?

  • Hi, Moz tools tell me that I have approx. 15xx Pages with High Priority Issues [Duplicate Page Content] going thru the details here are the majority: many products no longer exist and visitor redirected (404) to a same not found page. duplicated content with url appended with utm_source/utm_medium/utm_campaign GA tracking paras. On those page there are already canonical tags plus I've configed those parameters in Google Webmaster "URL Parameters" how much of these warning could compromise the seo proformance or provided that there have been dealt with should I just ignore these warning?

  • If we have a 3 of 5 of our "active site" allocation currently used, and then delete one, would we then only have 2 of 5 sites active sites used? Or would the previously used active site still count against our allocation?

  • Hello all, I tried to create a campaign for one of my clients but something happened and I had to stop somewhere in the middle. I tried to recreate it but it shows me the following message: “Oops, you already have a campaign named Willoby's Furniture. Please select a unique name for this campaign”. My problem is that I can’t access or see the unfinished campaign. A solution would be to create a new campaign and give it a different name. However, I would prefer to use this space for another client. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Elsa

  • In the "Preview & Download" section of reporting, I clicked the "Generate PDF Report Preview" and it initiates loading but it has been approximately 30 minutes and the report PDF still hasn't generated. Does anyone know why this may be? Thanks!

  • My custom monthly reports have not been generated for any of our clients for the month of October. The report lists 10/1/2013 as the last report and says that the next report will be available on 12/3/2013. Obviously, there is a glitch that has caused October to be skipped. How can I fix this in order to get my monthly reports to my clients ASAP?

I'm looking for a way to see historic ranking and search data within Moz further than from a single month for organic visits, and further than 3 months for the keyword rankings. Is this possible?   • I clicked the +connect another facebook account, went through all the steps, and when I was redirected back to my moz setup the facebook account wasn't there to "track this profile" I tried clicking the "another facebook" button a hundred times and it won't let me re-do the process, it doesn't do anything. It also won't let me click the "Next" button eventhough I got it to register my google+ stuff. Where do I go from here??

  • I'm having two very frustrating issues with Moz: The page grader tool is not 'connecting' the correct keyword with the correct URL. For instance, if I want to rank for Dallas Motorcycle Accident Lawyer and create page of optimized content at Dallas.Zdfirm.com/Motorcycle-Accident, Moz doesn't grade THAT page. It grades Dallas.ZDFirm.com which to no surprise rates as an F. This is happening with both web sites on this account so much that the page grader tool is not delivering any value. My competitors keywords are not tracking properly. They are showing for "not in the top 50" for keywords that they are on the first page for. Again, this is for both domains on this account.     Hi I forgot to cancellation my  subscription before the trail expired. We are currently at a very nascent stage and do not require the product and can't afford it as well. During such trying times ( COVID, when the business is not doing well at all) we would really appreciate if you can refund the money and help us. Kindly consider.  We missed the date by one day.   • I added a new site to the crawl, but it seems to be stalled. It was supposed to crawl Feb 19, but it is still in process Feb 22. It tried to crawl the site and there was a robots.txt issue, but that issue was resolved way before the 19th. Not sure what is going on. this is for the clear lake campaign.

    I have added the campaign IJsfabriek Strombeek (ijsfabriekstrombeek.be) to my account. After the website had been crawled, it showed only 2 crawled pages, but this site has over 500 pages. It is divided into four versions: a Dutch, French, English and German version. I thought that could be the issue because I only filled in the root domain ijsfabriekstrombeek.be , so I created another campaign with the name ijsfabriekstrombeek with the url ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl . When MOZ crawled this one, I got the following remark:
     **Moz was unable to crawl your site on Feb 21, 2018. **Your page redirects or links to a page that is outside of the scope of your campaign settings. Your campaign is limited to pages with ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl in the URL path, which prevents us from crawling through the redirect or the links on your page. To enable a full crawl of your site, you may need to create a new campaign with a broader scope, adjust your redirects, or add links to other pages that include ijsfabriekstrombeek.be/nl. Typically errors like this should be investigated and fixed by the site webmaster. I have checked the robots.txt and that is fine. There are also no robots meta tags in the code, so what can be the problem? I really need to see an overview of all the pages on the website, so I can use MOZ for the reason that I prescribed, being SEO improvement. Please come back to me soon. Is there a possibility that I can see someone sort out this issue through 'Join me'? Thanks

  • Somehow the Moz tool has assigned the main keyword here this to my Google Structured Data Update page. Most likely, I missed something which caused the error. "Keyword np - /google-structured-data-update/" This is for my page titled "Announcement of Google algorithm updates Impact SEO techniques"The canonical tag links to https://www.hillwebcreations.com/google-algorithum-updates-impact-seo-tactics/ as it should, so I am wondering how to update the keyword Moz associates this page with.Any leads to solving this would be appreciated.

  • Hello, Is someone out there from support staff. I charged before my trial period ends. As I am leaving in India and Time zone is different. I assume my trial period ends midnight of 17 September 2017 but You charged me before without mailing me. My account shows you are in trial period what should I do.
