    moz local directories

    Hello, I just signed up for Moz local, when will all of the directories promised be populated with the information I filled out in the dashboard? It is my understanding, I just fill out my profile on Moz local and all the business listing will be automatically created and updated for me. or do I need to create the account on for example Manta and Forsquare and then you will update the existing account. Please reply back to me with clear answer and instructions to my question. Thank you!

    Hi, I entered my address on my Moz Local profile but it keeps either (1) deleting my suite number, or (2) not syncing my suite number at all to any of the websites to which it's connected. I've tried putting the suite number in Address Line 1 with the address, and by itself in Address Line 2. I've also tried typing out Suite, Ste., STE, STE., etc. - nothing works and the suite number keeps getting deleted. Very frustrated, please help.

    Moz support suggests that the community may be able to answer this question, and I would appreciate the help. I own a coworking space that offers virtual office services. Based on my reading of Google's guidelines, A virtual office doesn't qualify for a GMB listing. However, multiple virtual office sites are offering GMB PIN codes if the member signs up for 6 months of service. The claim is that Google will see the address as "stable" after 6 months. The only possible reference I can find for this is 6 months for SEO results. Google expressly states, "virtual offices are not eligible for a business profile." Thanks for any feedback

    Screen Shot 2022-12-08 at 9.53.40 AM.png When I click the "Add services" link, it takes me to the "Rich Data" page where there isn't a place to list your services. All of the fields in my "Rich Data" page are full and there is not anymore room to name services. What do I do?

    Do listings revert to original state after cancelling Moz Local subscription? I know Yext is a feed that needs to be in place for their listings to show, and when you cancel the subscription, the listings all revert to how they were before you started (if you are lucky). I was told that Moz Local was different by a rep of the underlying platform that Moz white labels. Is this true , or still true? Thanks

    AFTER MAKING PAYMENT FOR MOZ LOCAL I WAS ASKED TO CLICK THE LOCATION ID TO GET STARTED BUT IT JUST LOOPS TO THE SUBSCRIPTION PAGE. ALL BUTTONS JUST LOOP. I SENT 10 EMAILS TO MOZ AND THEY CLAIM TO RESPOND IN 24 HOURS BUT IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN THAT! IS THIS A SCAM SERVICE AND WAS I JUST ROBBED OF MY MONEY!!!     Besides Moz.com/local and yext.com what other services do you guys use to fix duplicates and create more citations for clientele? I have a recent domain 301 and i cant seem to update some old brand listings for a campaign. I do also use bright local.

    I use A LOT of SEO platforms and yours is by far the hardest to use. The dashboard is a mess, and I can never find anything. And I use some complicated shit... and yours, which shouldn't be so complicated, is impossible to navigate. So, HOW DO I CANCEL a local listing. You seem to have "conveniently" hidden this option.

    Hello fello SEO’s! I’ve got some GMB questions that have been wracking my brain for the last couple weeks and need some ideas. Tl;dr - How should we properly set up service-area GMBs? Create GMBs for every county we serve? Additional context and questions below: I have an enterprise level client who operates in the flooring industry. One thing that separates them from the pack is they don’t have physical locations (service area business) despite serving mostly the entire continental US. Currently, I am working to cleanup the GMB profiles because they have been neglected. My idea/what I think is the norm, was to create GMB profiles for the major markets they served. Within those GMB’s we would target major counties served within that area aka the service areas. However, I was met with some push back on this. Someone mentioned that we should instead be creating individual GMB profiles FOR EACH county that was served. I cautioned against this mainly because of the amount of work it work it would take to create/maintain/drive reviews for/etc if we had a GMB set up for almost every county in the US. Now that we got that boring context out of the way, my question to you is this. 1. How should we properly set up service-area GMBs? Create GMBs for every county we serve? Or Create GMB’s for main markets only and list the counties served in the GMB profile backend? 2. For each GMB profile create, a matching city-page will also be created. What information should be listed on the city page? Obvs, NAP, map, reviews, etc. I’m talking about copy. Is one of our keywords in “laminate flooring installation Los Angeles” should that keyword be optimized in the Los Angeles City page? Or should the LA city page be a hub, and have multiple surrounding pages optimized around keywords. For example, just having a page dedicated to the keyword “laminate flooring installation Los Angeles” Helpful answers appreciated!

    local listings google my business local ranking factors

    I'm happy with where my site is showing in the listings, but rarely shows in the map results. This is even when the results for the same keywords are great. Google listing is complete, and map + knowledge graph show correctly when I search the business name. I'm not sure what is causing this, and how I can fix it. History - the website has been online for years, but the local Google listing was only optimized this year, back in May. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    I noticed on all the directories Moz Local connects to our Ste # isn't being pushed, why isn't Moz Local pushing Address Line 2? Without our Suite # now all of the directories are incorrect.

    We have multiple Lite Moz Local subscriptions. The comparison page (https://moz.com/products/local/pricing#pricing-table) doesn't show which data aggregators Moz submits to but at the bottom it offers a Data Aggregators add-on for $40 that includes Localeze for the Preferred and Elite plans. However, when I checked with Localeze directly, they said Uberall claimed my clients' listings. I did some investigating only to learn that Moz uses Uberall to distribute its data to the directories. Uberall doesn't list Localeze as one of its partners. Does Moz submit Lite subscribers' data to Localeze? If so, is it through Uberall? For some clients, Localeze listings are not consistent with the info we entered on Moz, if Moz submits data to Localeze, how can we correct them?

    I have been working for the past few months on building quality backlinks manually. I decided to take a moz trial membership but Moz doesn't my backlinks.  I added Link tracking list of about 27 high DA that backlinks to my website  https://multiapkclub.com and even all of that shows 'link doesn't point to my website'  Is this some kind of bug because this type of links are indexed for moz themselves

    One of my Moz listings is paused because "Listing not found on Google or Facebook." My Google account is linked to Moz and the listing is showing in Google results and on the back end of Google My Business but it is not showing in the Import option.     Hi, any of you have any experience with Moz local in bi-lingual markets? In Quebec, we deal with predominantly French marketplace with large pockets of English speaking communities. However, mostly all of the directories that Moz Local lists to are English. Some offer options to list rich-data in two languages but many don't. Here's the question, have nay of you use both languages when submitting using Moz local (or other similar services) successfully in that the directories that were only English still accepted your "other" languages? Thx.

    I am STUNNED and frustrated that a great tool like Moz Local has the great feature like Review Management/Customer Feedback and have ALMOST ZERO content, tutorials, FAQs, or easily found content that quickly explains some important details. You don't have ANYTHING findable to help me explain to employers or fellow new SEOs how to implement YOUR OWN TOOL. Why? WHY??? • I have multiple locations signed up for complete features - want to share individual location with individual property managers - how? • Exports show "recommendation" as "true" or "false" which I understand - but where in your dashboard is this explained? • I want to customize my property review report/export - I don't need a lot of those columns which are duplicate info or unknown to the property managers. Possible? Seriously - should not be this difficult to track down info/direction/shareable info for YOUR OWN TOOL!

    Hi everybody, We recently published 31 locations through Moz Local on the Essential plan. We have all 31 locations on Google My Business and they are synced with Moz Local. When I go to look at the reviews, it says that there are no results. My syncing preferences are the same for each location. I have collect insight metrics and collect user reviews checked. I was wondering if the reviews take a little while to start showing up or if there is something possibly wrong. Thanks!
