Paid link with high quality content

I know paid links is against google's policy. But what if I have a very quality content including my paid link on blogger's site referencing to my site.
Is it counted as an ad or spammy content which leads to penalization by search engines ? -

Thanks for your response. The thing is I am trying to understand how search engines decide how a blog post is paid link or not ? It is almost imposible in terms of search engine's eyes.

@zeitnot Instead of paid links why don't you try guest posting and get organic backlinks. I think that would be more helpful and you don't have to worry about google's policy as well. Unsolved Anyone else finding that the Link Intersection tool is not accurate?
I ran the Link Intersect tool on my site vs competitor's site. The first 3 domains it tells me the competitor has links from but I do not are: medium.com, behance.net, and moz.com. I thought this was odd because I know for a fact I built profiles with a link on all 3 sites. So, I went to all 3 and found my links on these sites. I also double-checked in the Google search console and they show up there. Am I understanding the tool wrong? Is it really showing me sites we both have vs what I don't have?

Hello Moz Community, I have a question regarding getting links on bitly, tiny, or an other url shortner, Is it a good practice to get link for your page by shorter url I mean lets suppose i am getting natural guest post link from content for my blog home page

Unnatural Links To Your Site — Impacts Links warning, Should I do something?
Hi, I got: "Unnatural Links To Your Site — Impacts Links Google has detected a pattern of unnatural artificial, deceptive, or manipulative links pointing to pages on this site. Some links may be outside of the webmaster’s control, so for this incident we are taking targeted action on the unnatural links instead of on the site’s ranking as a whole. " I don't see any dropping at rankings, could the best solution here to be, just to leave everything as it is and be more careful with the link building in the future? Or is there a danger that Google gives further penalties if I don't act on this one do something? I am little afraid that if I start removing links, my rankings will drop, even though they have remained same if don't do anything? Any help is appreciated.

Best way to regular check backlinks & identify low quality and spammy links?
Previously my site was under manual penalty and then 80% of the links i removed and my penalty lifted. ( I am talking about 1 year before) Now i have few queries - What is the best way to regular check backlinks? what to do if a spammy link appears What to do about directories that link to us What to do with old links that are not good quality Now I have to check number of links and quality of links of website so which is the best method check? Cannot see links
Hi there, could please anybody advice on this issue. I got some links during last 2-3 moths but cannot see them in http://www.opensiteexplorer.org How long it usually takes for links to appear there? Does it mean the links doesn't work for google? All the links are good from the SEO point of view.

Link Location: In main page or inner "Link" page?
My question is what´s best of Link Building: have it in main page or in internal Link Pages. I have the problem that have to reduce the number of outgoing links in my mainpage to rank better, but do not want to miss any linkjuice.
