Use of trademarks in tags and text
Does Google spider read registered trademarks (the 'R' or 'TM') or do these marks impede anything if they are featured in meta tags or text?

Was Hummingbird rolled out globally simultanously?
Did Google roll out Hummingbird at the same time in all countries? I have seen stong growth in my organiz traffic in the US, but not in other countries. My content is similar or same in multiple languages using country tld's.

RE: Paid Directories and On-page Keyword SEO
My experience from using services like Localeze to submit to directories is that you should consistently use your business name, so if your name is 'horse buggy,' use that instead of something like horesebuggy.net that might be your URL. You are building a new brand from scratch and will benefit from using your proper name consistently from the start and rank for your name.

RE: Has there been a 'Panda' update in the UK?
Sharp drop in rank on key terms on that date. 40% drop in non-brand terms overnight. Much of it has come back since January, but we still have a yo-yo effect with 40+ of my key terms going up or down weekly.

RE: Domain Name and On-Page SEO
"On the analysis page I have found out that it is not a good idea to put it in the title page"
Did you mean that your SEO suggested to put the domain name in the meta title tag? In case, I've seen that suggested for smaller brands. I tried it out for www.ekornes.no, but I honestly can't see that it made any difference negative or positive.

RE: Bing algorithm
I run a branded furniture site and what I see is that brand and brand associated keywords are improving. Possible that Bing has it's own 'Panda' update that favors brands and brand+product.

RE: Having to type Google CAPTCHA all the time
I had the same happening to me using Firefox Rank Checker and I believe they get flagged for taking resources. I suggest using SeoMoz instead.

Looks like your connection to Moz was lost, please wait while we try to reconnect.
